Experience Matters and we have lots of it. 

In 1998 Marilyn Krichko founded The OARS Program team building company (now Criterion Consulting Solutions) after returning from working in Europe for the world's oldest shareholding company. During the next decade she developed The Rowers' Code teambuilding Program, books and materials. From there, her consulting business transformed into what it is today as Marilyn and her team developed new processes and tools to meet the many challenges her customers faced. Her business experience includes strategy development,  IT solution's delivery, process improvement, change management, Robotic Process Automation, and executive/team development. Marilyn received her undergraduate degree in marketing and MBA from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida and has a certificate in Total Quality Management from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden. When she is not at work as a corporate consultant, Marilyn is an avid rower and golfer. and resides with her family in Madison, WI. 

Jane Rollinson is an accomplished, leader within the healthcare industry. She has selected and led successful teams at the local, regional, national and international levels with organizations such as Price Waterhouse, Humana, United Healthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Jane has spent 30 years building and leading at the operational, executive and board levels. Jane focuses on strategic Planning and the execution of strategies that help organizations attain profitable growth. Jane received her Bachelor of Science, Business Administration from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia and advanced certificates from the Wharton School, Harvard University, the Cambridge Center for behavioral Studies and the Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University. Jane is an avid golfer and resides with her family in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
